This means that it is inexpensive but at the same time you can get the quality and features you want just like from other cameras. HQ grade makes it easier for the consumer to be guided which digital camera to buy. Grades are according to letters with A+ rating as the highest grade. These are just some of the inexpensive but high graded digital cameras available to date. Some inexpensive cameras may be lower than $40 but you cannot get the same quality and features you are looking for in a standard priced camera. It is best if you ask the HQ grade so you can buy an inexpensive camera with quality features.
