Steps of contact lens insertion and removal

There are several detailed steps of contacts wearing. The first step is to put the lens on the index finger and apply a small amount of lens solution to its inner side. The wearer can use another index finger to pull up the upper eyelid of the eye to be applied. Meanwhile, the middle finger should be used to pull lower the lower eyelid.
